Due to the nature of the equipment and hygiene standards, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to ensure fairness for both buyer and seller.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is not as described on our website or invoice

The item is faulty and not functioning as expected (not applicable to cosmetic wear or expected signs of previous use)

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.
Non-Returnable Items

Devices sold “as-is” or labeled as Final Sale

Products damaged due to improper use after delivery

Items returned without prior authorization
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund minus shipping & handling costs within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Exchanges
Where possible, we offer exchanges for a similar model if stock is available. If not, a refund will be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
